MRF Order Creation - Contracts - Quick Entry

If you have loaded a debtor contract into an MRF order or quote (which loads the contract items with zero quantities), you use this option to enter the item quantities.

Technical Tip

You cannot change pricing when you use the Quick Entry option. If you want to change the item pricing, you need to edit each item line individually – see "Entering MRF Order Lines".

To use the Quick Entry option:

  1. Create a new MRF order or quote, or recall an existing order or quote that you want to add contract items to.

Refer to "Creating a New MRF Order or Quote" or "Recalling an MRF Order or Quote".

Micronet displays the MRF Order Creation screen.

  1. Load the contract you want into the order or quote.

Refer to "MRF Order Creation - Contracts - Load Contract".

  1. Select CONTRACTS | QUICK ENTRY.

Micronet displays the Enter Invoice Line screen with the details of the first contract item.

  1. In the Ordered field, enter the item quantity for this MRF order or quote.
  1. Select the Accept button.

Micronet redisplays the Enter Invoice Line screen with the details of the next contract item.

  1. Repeat these steps until you have entered the item quantities for all contract items.

When you have entered the quantity for the last contract item, Micronet displays the following message asking whether it should delete any items with a zero quantity from the order.

  1. Select Yes to remove items with a zero quantity, or No if you want those items left on the order.

Micronet redisplays the MRF Order Creation screen showing only those items remaining on the order or quote.

  1. Optionally, you can edit item quantities on a per item basis, or add to, amend or delete the contract items on the order or quote.

Refer to "Entering MRF Order Lines".
